How to properly refill your balm
Before beginning to refill, make sure to wash your hands thoroughly with soap. Likewise, carry out the process on a clean surface. Finally, we recommend not to touch the product with your fingers.

Steps to follow very carefully
1.    Carefully remove the sleeve from its case as if you are opening a box of matches.
2.    Take the refill out of its packaging, keeping its transparent protective cap on until step 9. 
3.    Carefully retrieve the pin placed at the bottom of the case.
4.    Open your Metallic Baume des Muses to be refilled.
5.    Insert the pin into the opening at the back of the balm. 
6.    Press firmly to eject the empty casing.
7.    Remove the adhesive seal placed beneath the refill. 
8.    Carefully place the refill in the Metallic Baume des Muses.
9.    Your Metallic Baume des Muses is now ready for regular use.

• Local delivery - by courier in Paris: 2 working days
• Standard delivery in Europe (France excluded): 5 to 10 working days
• Express delivery in Europe: 3 to 6 working days
• Express delivery outside Europe: 4 to 10 working days

APPLICABLE FEES
Shipping fees vary depending on the total amount of the order and the delivery destination. Preparation and packaging fees are free of charge. We recommend that you group all your items into a single order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping fees apply to each of them.
Our team will do its best to meet the delivery times indicated. However, Buly cannot be held responsible for delays due to service suspensions by our carriers or customs procedures for international shipments.
Please note that our shipping costs do not include customs fees, which may be charged by certain countries and over which we unfortunately have no control.

POLICY RETURN

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your products. Items must be returned unused and unopened, in their original packaging, along with any gifts or samples you may have received with your order.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Please note the following conditions apply to all returns:

• Customised or engraved products cannot be returned or exchanged.

• All items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged will not be accepted.

• Any gifts or samples received at the time of purchase must be included in the return package.

• In the event of a partial return, only the price of the returned products will be refunded. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above conditions.
